Opportunity The agency is recruiting an Experiential Designer to join our growing Experience team, working across both Allied Sports and FAVOUR clients. Reporting to the SVP / Head of Experience with direction from the Director of Creative Operations, the person in this role will work on experiential and design projects as part of a highly collaborative team of strategists, designers, producers, and technical suppliers. We strive to transcend basic functionality and aesthetics by creating environments that evoke emotions and facilitate memorable interactions. Responsibilities This position will participate in the creative ideation and design of branded spaces for various sports, entertainment, and industry-specific event types, offering original concepts that push the boundaries of experiential design. The ideal candidate will bring a keen understanding of the user journey and be able to translate that knowledge into highly immersive and visually stunning brand experiences that drive quality engagements across key consumer touchpoints.
