HR Assistant Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (3 Days On-Site) Industry: Food & Beverage Pay: Up to $20/hour Parking: Provided About the Role: We're partnering with a growing food and beverage company in Downtown Los Angeles to hire a bright, detail-oriented HR Assistant. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave and is a great opportunity to build hands-on HR experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Enter and audit employee data in ADP and other HRIS platforms Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication Support onboarding, background checks, and HR file maintenance Respond to HR email and hotline inquiries Help coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and compliance tracking Requirements: At least 6 months of HR experience (internships included) Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS preferred, not required Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Why Apply: Valuable experience in a collaborative HR team Great introduction to HR processes and systems Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office Parking provided To Apply: Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
