A Postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Hsun Teresa Ku to study cellular interactions in the pancreas in the context of type 1 diabetes. The Ku laboratory belongs to the Department of Translational Research & Cellular Therapeutics at the Aurthur Riggs Diabetes & Metabolism Research Institute of City of Hope. The research within the Institute emcompasses multiple disciplines relating to both diabetes and metabolism. As a successful candidate you will: * Perform a variety of wet lab experiments to test the roles pancreatic ductal cells on beta cells in the context of type 1 diabetes.
