Description BlueHalo's CATANA (Command, Acquire, Track, Assess, eNgage, and Analyze) team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CATANA Product Owner to support the execution of complex development efforts and the day-to-day activities of the software development team. This position operates in an Agile environment and will be integrated into a fast-paced team delivering advanced capabilities for the CATANA product. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about Agile principles-especially someone enthusiastic about identifying and removing blockers to help the team stay productive and focused. This is a hybrid role based in Huntsville, AL. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree Active Secret clearance Experience leading daily Scrum meetings and managing Agile teams Strong background in team building, collaboration, and ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework Ability to facilitate team discussions, guide decision-making, and resolve conflicts Skilled in leading retrospectives, documenting outcomes, and promoting Agile best practices Strong leadership presence, energy, and communication to effectively engage with team members Excellent organizational and communication skills across both technical and management teams Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track and resolve issues Exposure to workflow-based products and an understanding of software architecture and development processes Experience using GitLab Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications Desired Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Ability to work independently to remove blockers and facilitate team solutions Understanding of cloud-native technologies and solutions Experience working within cross-functional teams Familiarity with the Missile Defense System Experience in the Integrated Air and/or Missile Defense industry Familiarity with C2BMC, IBCS, and/or TOC-L Qualifications Education Bachelors (required) Licenses & Certifications Secret (required) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
