ChampionX is seeking an Associate IT Operations Analyst to be responsible for providing support via monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution and escalation ensuring a superior level of customer service.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Technical Support:Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to end users, ensuring their device, software, printer, phone and mobile phone questions and issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Manage Support Tickets:Actively monitor and manage the ticket queue, addressing support requests from both on-campus and remote users to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support Events and Meetings:Offer comprehensive IT support for conferences and on-campus meetings, ensuring all technical aspects run seamlessly.
  • Laptop Imaging and Deployment:Oversee the imaging and deployment of laptops for new hires, handle break fixes, and manage returns to keep hardware up-to-date and functional.
  • Collaborate on IT Projects:Participate in IT operation projects at the local site, contributing your expertise to enhance overall system performance and user experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with Windows and MS Office environments
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and process oriented

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level certification
  • Exposure to Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience in a technical support setting
