Pay Rate: $21.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift \| 5:00 AM - 1:40 PM (Monday-Friday) What You'll Do: Set up machines, complete required paperwork, and ensure each production run is completed accurately and on time Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products Monitor machines closely for mechanical issues or inconsistencies in product output Ensure product weights meet specifications (cups/bags) Follow production schedules and maintain a steady workflow Communicate clearly with team members to support shift goals and productivity Accurately complete post-run logs and documentation Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures Perform quality control checks and assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of machine operating experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
