Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:40 PM (Monday-Friday)

What You'll Do:



  • Set up machines, complete required paperwork, and ensure each production run is completed accurately and on time
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor machines closely for mechanical issues or inconsistencies in product output
  • Ensure product weights meet specifications (cups/bags)
  • Follow production schedules and maintain a steady workflow
  • Communicate clearly with team members to support shift goals and productivity
  • Accurately complete post-run logs and documentation
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
  • Perform quality control checks and assist with other tasks as needed



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years of machine operating experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
