Pay: $17.00/hr

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: At least one year of supervision, managing, or training experience, along with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

Job Duties:



  • Play a vital role in ensuring effective teammate relations
  • Provide essential coaching and development to your team
  • Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale for positive results
  • Oversee departmental performance measures
  • Employ visual controls
  • Regularly report progress to the Facility Manager
  • Guide department priorities
  • Track absenteeism and timekeeping to maintain seamless operations
