Staffmark is looking for a dependable
Administrative Assistant to join our team in Port Allen. If you're ready to grow your career and work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $16.50-$18.50/hr

Shifts: Day Shift and Overnight Shift

Job Duties:



  • Check in drivers and guide them for loading/unloading
  • Prepare shipping and receiving documents
  • Enter data into multiple systems
  • Process customer orders and schedule carrier appointments
  • Help with inventory, filing, and daily reports
  • Respond to emails and work closely with the warehouse team
  • Support day-to-day operations and coordinate with night shift staff



Requirements:



  • 5+ years of office experience
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a shipping/receiving or similar environment
  • Great customer service and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and stay accurate under pressure
