What you'll do

The Billing and Invoicing Analyst at Infinite Campus plays a vital role in supporting the Accounting team by managing daily, monthly, and annual billing activities. The employee will oversee recurring contract billing, resolve billing discrepancies, process cancellations, credits, and refunds, and assist with customer inquiries. Additionally, they'll reconcile commission spreadsheets, back up AP/AR clerks, and contribute to special projects and reporting tasks as needed. This position also provides renewal quotes to customers and supports customer contracting processes when necessary.

A person who thrives in a structured environment and demonstrates a high level of accuracy would be a strong fit. The right candidate should also have good interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and partners.

Your skill-set

To succeed in this role, the individual should possess a four-year degree in a related field, along with 2-4 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems-particularly Sage Intacct-are essential. Familiarity with customer relationship management is also beneficial. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential materials with integrity are key skills required for this position.
