Wimmer Communities - Forest Ridge in Hales Corners is looking for a friendly individual who enjoys working with the senior population and job variety!

The Hours:

1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 7am - 3pm (hours may vary slightly depending on the day).

$16.00 Per hour


A Typical Day as a Receptionist:

  • Building strong relationships with our residents and being part of a positive and motivating team.
  • Show off your customer services skills via answering the phone and greeting/interacting with our residents and guests.
  • Strengthen your clerical skills by assisting with the creation of calendars, menus, flyers, and bulletin board updates.
  • You will also be able to dabble in various administrative tasks and computer data entry.
  • Responsible for upkeeping the appearance of the property's office, clubhouse, common areas, restrooms, model and vacant units
  • Monitor supplies level and notifies the manager of supply needs on a bimonthly basis
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required
  • Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager
