We currently have an opening for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer in our Clarksburg, MD office. This position reports to the Manager of Quality Engineering. This position will follow the company policy of hybrid workstyle after the probationary period.



Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Engineering Group interactions with Engineering, Program Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing departments.
  • Support Program Quality Assurance activities for production programs to include First Article in accordance with AS9102, MRB, CCB, FRB, and Work Product review and approval.
  • Assist in managing high-priority tasks of multiple projects simultaneously in development.
  • Execute Inspection Plans and processes for Receiving and Final Inspection activities.
  • Support Continuous Improvements based on statistical analysis.
  • Support Supply Chain Quality Assurance activities to include approving / auditing suppliers, conducting Source Inspections of Hardware / Software.


Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required. - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications - Fluent in English.
  • 0-2 years' experience in a related Engineering role.
  • BSEE/BSCE/BSME/BSCS or equivalent/related technical degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Proficiency in Minitab.
  • SAP knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of time.
  • Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.

The annualized pay range for this role is $59,666.40 - $76,240.40 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
