Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Using Oracle, design reports, map accounts, develop Jvs, run various systems assigning department charges
* Analyzing spending variances
* Develop activity and cost projections for production and lab centers
* Determine manpower, salary and fringe expenses by salary groups
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
* Prior experience with Oracle, Syteline software
* Demonstrated organizational skills
* Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization.
* Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required.

Knowledge and Training:

* B.S. in Business/Accounting and two years financial reporting and/or budgets
* Equivalent experience of six years in financial reporting and/or budgets in a manufacturing environment
* Strong skills and knowledge of accounting theory and application of financial principles

Physical requirements:

* Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
* Must be able to lift 50lbs. when needed
* Constantly stand and walk throughout the workday
* It is required to stand, walk & reach with hands & arms
* Good coordination to operate several controls simultaneously
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
* Frequently reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material
