We are seeking an experienced Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a vital role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to support and enhance our provisioning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineers, and Order Operations, to design, implement, and refine Salesforce solutions that enhance cloud provisioning processes for Zscaler's products. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative approach to deliver innovative solutions that align with business needs. Reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation - Provisioning, you'll be responsible for:



  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to product provisioning and sales operations, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation: Guide and validate the configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to support provisioning workflows, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automating cloud provisioning processes.
  • Cloud Provisioning Optimization: Streamline and automate provisioning workflows across Salesforce and Zscaler cloud and provisioning platforms to enable seamless deployment of Zscaler products for pre-sales demos and post-sales enablement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical developers, ensuring alignment on requirements and providing documentation and training/support for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Use Salesforce and Tableau reporting and analytics tools to monitor provisioning workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven enhancements.


What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)




  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles, with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, workflows) and automation of provisioning processes; ability to design scalable solutions supporting sales and order operations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions effectively.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500 $175,000 USD
