Role Description and Responsibilities As a BIOVIA Marketing Intern, you will be part of a software marketing team for a global company, helping with market research, digital campaigns, editing and event logistics. This internship will be a core part of the team project managing campaigns, events; editing and reviewing campaign content; managing shipping for events, publishing newsletters and helping with employee acknowledgements. This internship requires you to be very organized, have excellent communication (written and spoken) with the ability to multi-task concurrent projects and always deliver on time. The internship will include: * Posting newsletters * Managing event logistics and shipping * Editing and make compelling digital campaigns * Researching market for messages and activities Qualifications * Organized, detailed-oriented self-starter with the ability to create project plans and prioritize multiple demands * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Edit and create compelling actionable digital content * Self-driven, follows instructions, good communication, motivated, fast worker, positive attitude, pride in delivering quality and quickly. This is a 4 month paid internship on-site at our San Diego, CA office starting May/June 2025. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
