Quality Specialist

As a Quality Specialist you will exercise judgement and knowledge in records management and compliance.You will use multiple electronic database systems to review and over-check incoming documents, interface with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer component of the business and escalate/support compliance issues. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering and will be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.

  Screening of issues in our corrective actions program and support issue owners in the resolution.

  Lead the Operating Plants Servies Issue Review Committee meetings and take the role as CARB secretary when needed.

  Lead causal analysis occasionally and support issue owners to analyze cause of issues.

  
  
• 
  

  Develop and maintain Quality metrics, monitor trends and work with the organization to improve performance through multiple quality initiatives.

  As part of the role, you may also take on different tasks depending on your previous experience and interest.

    Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Experience with Knowledge and practical experience working with nuclear QA codes and standards (e. g. ASME Section III Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME NQA).

  Relevant experience and application with US NRC Regulations such as 10CFR 50.55, 10CFR50 Appendix B, and 10CFR21
