This position is required to support our technicians by providing the needed training to develop skill sets that will improve safety behaviors, machine availability and reduce operating cost. Provide an effective method to train technicians to meet present and future requirements. Support field work by helping technicians troubleshoot while working on machines. This position supports approximately 4,500 machines and 200 technicians, and is vital for support of technician development, product support and company growth. Scope The department averages over 300+ TC calls a month to provide support for technicians. Training/developing is the focus to reduce high frequency TC calls.
