EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required
  • Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management information systems, or related field.
  • Experience

  • 7 years experience in performing analysis of automated procedures and designing procedure manuals to support transaction processing.

JOB DUTIES
  • Collaborates with leadership to identify and resolve conflicts and barriers to quality and process improvement.
  • Collaborates with business process owners and provide data project scoping direction and set up.
  • Manages multiple projects determining project scope, assigning, monitoring and directing the work responsibilities of other project team members, teaching/training team members' techniques on financial data analysis, develops project plan strategy and implements the work plan to achieve financial goals.
  • Responsible for conducting analysis to ascertain the most efficient, effective and productive processes to accomplish department goals and objectives.
  • Facilitates methods to ensure maximum utilization of facilities and human resources. Identifies systems specifications and/or technical changes to procedures for transition and/or development of automated processes.
  • Oversees the documentation of business and systems requirements of departments for use in development of processes and systems.
  • Plans and facilitates equipment layout, workflow, and other measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of department.
  • Provides guidance in procedural development process to department administration.
  • Monitors monthly reports and data to identify opportunities and trends for improvement.
  • Oversees the development of procedure manuals and process controls to ensure effective transaction processing.
  • Prepares, reviews and monitors cost estimates for assigned projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
