Job Overview:

As a Talent and Organization Solutions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Lam by driving employee and business growth through innovative talent and organization solutions. Acting as an internal consultant, you will leverage your systems, organizational, and HR expertise to collaborate with talented teammates, developing and implementing talent management practices and programs for our executive and employee populations. Additionally, you will consult with the business on organizational effectiveness and development opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will be part of our growing global team within the Integrated Talent Management organization, which includes Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Analytics.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver talent and organization solutions and programs to accelerate business strategy, optimize organizational health, and improve leader effectiveness.
  • Partner and build effective relationships with Integrated Talent Management team members, HR business partners, managers, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Apply organization development, design and systems thinking methodologies to continuously improve the annual Talent Management cycle and related programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lam's culture, business, and ecosystem to inform your work.

Position Responsibilities | What You'll Be Accountable For

  • Drive the design and execution of talent management and organization development programs and solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and leaders to execute the Integrated Talent Management vision
  • Use data and insights to assess, optimize, and design talent and organization solutions
  • Design and deliver capability building sessions for leaders, managers, and HR Partners
  • Manage organization development client work
  • Continuously assess people, programs, and processes to support business objectives.
Who We're Looking For

Position Qualifications | What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Experience: 7+ years in an HR, Organization Development, or Talent Management
  • Education: BA/BS degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience. MS preferred.
  • Collaboration: Ability to build relationships, partner with, and understand client and employee needs
  • Mindset: Learning, co-creative, global, systems and design thinking, data-driven, bias for action
  • Credibility: High degree of professional credibility including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and effective prioritization
  • Executive Presence: Ability to communicate with, present to, and partner with executives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in diagnosing and developing Talent and OD strategies, interventions, and solutions
  • Ability to quickly understand business, organizational, and cultural drivers
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Talent Management Systems

Job Requirements

  • Full-time
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
  • Eligible for remote work 3-4 days per week

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
