As the Specialist, Licensing - Black Hills Energy you will provide outsourced administration and consultation as a dedicated resource for Black Hills Energy title and registration tasks. Your will provide dedicated support to the client and work within various areas of Element to provide a positive client experience as agreed to in the onboarding of the client

A Day in the Life

  • Serve as single point of contact as it related to Title and Registration Renewal services for Black Hills Energy:

  • Monitors In-flight reports for transaction continuity.

  • Serves as escalation contact for internal T&R requests. Resolves and or escalates to Black Hills contacts as necessary

  • Provides proactive notification of state changes to Black Hills

  • Client facing, attends scheduled calls as well as any additional as needed to provide relevant guidance, consultation, and updates specific to the BHE account

  • Provides regular updates to management as needed on relevant activities within the BHE account

  • Conducts relevant reporting required for client as requested, as well as provides proactive suggestions for data that can be provided to the client to help them make informed decisions on their account

  • Work in conjunction with Fleet Partner Solutions, IT, NVA, Remarketing and Collateral Services to develop procedures and best practices where applicable with regards to Title and Registration Renewal services as identified as part the single point of contact for Black Hills

Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or a bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of previous fleet experience

  • Experience in MS applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High degree of knowledge of Element internal systems.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

  • Highly detail oriented, works with accuracy

  • Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively

  • Strong communication skills, both written & oral

  • Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills.

  • Proficient analytical skills and ability to provide technical assessments to clients

  • The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600- $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
