About the role

The Software Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, submission, and assistance related to various contractual documents and processes within the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Assemble and create new EA (Enterprise Agreement) packages, full renewal EA packages, and one-page renewal packages.
• Reconcile online service reservations and perform error checks on documentation, including amendments, master agreements, and customer price sheets.
• Submit signed PLT forms, amendments, CPS (Customer Price Sheet) documents, and OLS (Online Services) License Reservation forms.
• Provide support to customers who are unable to sign documents and assist with hold and issue resolution during processing.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing and agreements is a plus.
