Responsibilities

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Cybersecurity Program, Engineering, and Technical Support Services. The scope of this Task Order includes strategic management consulting, subject matter expertise, and analytical support to facilitate end state organizational and functional cybersecurity capabilities in support of FAA Air Traffic Control Facilities to include Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC), Terminal RADAR Control Centers (TRACON), Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT), other control centers and associated radar and communications equipment. Products derived from the effort will include the collection of data and creation of actionable artifacts needed to develop, transform and mature the organization's capabilities.

  • Conducts quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics, and other quantitative techniques in the areas of procedural implementations and performance issues. Creates analysis procedures.
  • Assists in the definition of machine learning and data mining strategies. Creates, deploys, maintains and refines decision management models.
  • Specialist in modeling and simulation functions or operations such as, but not limited to exercises, plans, coordination, demonstrations, and instruction in the fields such as, but not limited to health, environmental, transportation, law enforcement, and security for military and civilian agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences (e.g., mathematics, physics, meteorology, chemistry, etc.), operations research, economics, computer science, engineering, business, information systems, information technology, management science, or degree in related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance

The pay range for this position in Washington DC is $135,000/year to $175,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Washington DC Wage Transparency Act.
