Job Summary The EAM Expert is responsible for the effective implementation optimization and maintenance of the organizations Enterprise Asset Management system. This role involves analyzing asset data developing maintenance strategies improving asset performance and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The EAM Expert collaborates with various departments to maximize asset lifecycle value and minimize operational costs. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in the Transportation and Logistics domain. Oversee project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client engagements. Provide expert advice and insights to clients on industry best practices and emerging trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project deliverables. Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client capabilities and knowledge. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to clients. Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of Transportation and Logistics industry practices and challenges. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client issues. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects. Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
