As a Senior Associate in Fixed Income Sales Support, you'll be part of a dynamic Middle Office team that serves as the critical link between the Front Office, Clients, and the Back Office. This role is central to ensuring seamless post-trade processes and maintaining our high standards of operational excellence and client service.
You'll be the go-to subject matter expert within your team, overseeing daily workflows, supporting junior staff, and driving process improvements that align with the broader business strategy. What Will You Do?
Act as a subject matter expert and first escalation point for daily operational activities across Fixed Income products. Lead or supervise junior staff or teams, offering guidance, training, and oversight to ensure seamless process completion. Proactively support trade flow activities from execution to settlement across multiple platforms and ensure trade accuracy. Partner with internal teams (Sales, Clients, Back Office, KYC, and Client Data) to onboard accounts, resolve settlement issues, and facilitate client documentation for trade readiness. Allocate trades to appropriate client accounts and confirm trade details via electronic systems or email. Monitor and resolve fails, DKs, or settlement discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Perform and follow daily and monthly controls, reconciliations, and reporting to uphold risk mitigation standards. Coordinate closely with internal systems like GoldTier and tools like Bloomberg and TradeWeb to manage client data and trading processes. Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies, reporting metrics, or control improvements. Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to superior customer service in all post-trade interactions.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, preferably in Operations or Middle Office roles within Fixed Income. Strong subject matter expertise across trade support functions, particularly for products such as Treasuries, Mortgages, Corporates (Investment Grade & High Yield), CLOs, and Term Loans. In-depth knowledge of settlement methods (FED, DTC, Euroclear, Crest, CDS) and vendor platforms like TradeWeb, Market Axess, Omgeo, FIX, and Bloomberg. Proven ability to manage end-to-end trade lifecycle processes - from trade execution through to final settlement. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines while multitasking in a high-pressure environment. Experience supervising junior team members or interns, including task delegation and development support. Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust messaging depending on the audience (Front Office, Clients, Back Office). Familiarity with internal tools and controls including blotter reconciliation, end-of-day reporting, and KPI tracking.
Nice-to-Have:
Working knowledge of TOMS and Fenergo System, Excel experience with Macros, Pivot Tables and V-Lookups a plus Project management or process improvement experience.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $100,000 - $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
