USC Communications is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Strategy to join its team. Reporting to the Special Advisor/Associate Vice President, Advancement Communications, the Senior Director of Digital Strategy will strategically enhance the digital presence of University Advancement and Advancement initiatives across USC to engage audiences, acquire donors, and steward donors and alumni. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in digital marketing, strategy, and communications. The candidate should have expertise in managing large-scale digital properties, including websites, social media channels, microsites, and digital campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position under our current work arrangement plan, with the expectation of on-site presence in our offices in the USC Tower located adjacent to campus in downtown Los Angeles. Minimum Qualifications

Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $143,492.94 - $170,000.00 When determining an offer, the University of Southern California considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education, training, key skills, internal peer alignment, applicable laws, contractual requirements, grant funding, and market conditions.
