What You'll Do
  • Partner with chefs, managers, and operators to deliver expert service on commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and specialty foodservice equipment.

  • Diagnose and repair equipment using your mechanical skills and technical knowledge-reading schematics, troubleshooting, and thinking on your feet.

  • Install parts efficiently and professionally, keeping our customers up and running.

  • Work with manufacturers and internal support teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Keep your service vehicle and inventory organized and ready to go.

  • Document your work clearly and on time-work orders, parts usage, time reports.

  • Recommend additional services when appropriate and contribute to our mission to be the most trusted service provider in the industry.

What It Takes
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

  • Willingness to take on emergency on-call shifts (nights/weekends)

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments-hot, cold, damp, high places

  • Occasional overnight travel

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • EPA certification, CFESA credentials, or formal technical training

  • Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment

  • A self-starter attitude and the ability to manage your time and workload independently
