Description Join Our Team as a Sheeter Operator! Position Overview: We're looking for a dedicated Sheeter Operator to set up and operate our Marquip Sheeter. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality. Responsibilities: Set up each job (retrieve, feed, slit/trim rolls, etc.) Operate the machine at peak efficiency Follow job-specific work instructions and procedures Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed Ensure product meets specifications Maintain accurate inventory management Perform other assigned duties Qualifications: Quality-conscious individual Good communication skills Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Troubleshooting ability Ability to operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks Ability to lift to 50 pounds Willingness to work 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am) with some overtime/weekend work (Training hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm for first 120 days of employment) Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits: Enjoy a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k), and pension.
