Our client- famous for its rotating menu of gourmet cookies-is on the hunt for a dedicated and energetic Store Manager to lead their incredible team and deliver smiles (and cookies) to every guest who walks through their doors.

What You'll Do:

As a Store Manager, you'll be the heart of our client's success! From leading and motivating the team to ensuring cookies are baked to perfection, you'll play a key role in creating a fun, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You'll manage day-to-day operations, delight our customers, and help maintain the high standards that make our partner company an industry favorite.

Salary: $52,000/yr.

Schedule: 42 hours per week

  • Leadership & Management experience-you know how to inspire and guide a team.
  • Customer Service excellence-you love making people smile.
  • Food & Baking Knowledge-restaurant or baking experience is a big plus.
  • Inventory & Ordering-you keep supplies stocked and operations running smoothly.
  • Financial Acumen-you can read reports and spot opportunities to grow.
  • Communication & People Skills-you thrive working with teams and guests alike.
  • Organization & Prioritization-you handle tasks efficiently and keep things on track.
  • Problem Solver-you find quick, smart solutions when things don't go as planned.
  • Team Player-you bring positive energy and encourage collaboration.




Qualifications: Two years of experience managing in food industry.
