Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: St. Petersburg Florida (Onsite 4 days a week)

Job description:

• We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience in high-rise and multi-family building projects. In this role, you'll lead mechanical design efforts, manage project timelines and budgets, and guide a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design for multiple projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and coordination across disciplines.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and code compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Revit/CADD technicians and other trades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (required).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including high-rise and multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/plumbing codes (IPC, IMC, IBC, ASHRAE).
• P.E. license is a plus.
• Experience with Revit, VRV, WSHP, and DX systems preferred.

• First Round- Telephonic Round
• Second Round- In-person Pannel Interview (if you're non-local and travel to office for second round interview then in that case flight tickets and accommodation will be provided by the client)
