As a Cashier, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience with your warm smile and exceptional service. By recognizing each guest's unique preferences and needs, you will create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression, ensuring their visit is truly memorable. THE STARTING RATE: $12.84
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items according to standards. Take and process orders efficiently, garnish and serve accurately, and package items per guest preferences. Handle payments following proper cash handling and comp procedures. Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including clearing tables and keeping dining spaces guest-ready. Complete assigned opening/closing duties and support food prep using grills and fryers as needed. Receive and stock deliveries, ensuring inventory is organized. Address guest concerns or escalate as needed; report any incidents or security issues promptly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Knowledge of menu items, drink recipes, presentation, garnishes, and related equipment Familiarity with standard kitchen tools (e.g., toasters, coolers, slicers, beverage machines) Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards Basic computer skills and POS system experience Strong customer service and communication skills High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Previous food handler experience (preferred)
