GENERAL FUNCTION
The Change Management Director will lead strategic change initiatives, both developing and executing strategies that align with business goals, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth transitions. The role will focus on equipping employees with necessary skills, integrating changes into workflows, and ensuring long-term adoption.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Align change initiatives with business objectives for long-term sustainability.
  • Design a structured Change Management Plan using methodologies like ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, and Prosci frameworks.
  • Define milestones, deliverables, and a roadmap for efficient execution of change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate organizational, operational, and cultural implications.
  • Identify risks to business continuity, develop mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans.
  • Build a Change KPI Scorecard to track and optimize the change initiative's effectiveness.
  • Establish a Change Stakeholder Committee, ensuring engagement and alignment with the change vision.
  • Develop a tailored Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, fostering leadership buy-in and employee adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across teams and departments.
  • Develop a Change Management Toolkit with training programs, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to build awareness and competence in new processes.
  • Offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to leadership teams, ensuring they can champion the change.
  • Map and analyze process changes, integrating new initiatives into workflows and operations.
  • Create a Change Process Mapping document, showing before-and-after differences and strategic benefits.
  • Collaborate with process owners to eliminate inefficiencies resulting from the change.
  • Develop a Change Resistance Management Plan using Kotter's 8-Step Model and behavioral change frameworks.
  • Identify and address resistance at all organizational levels with proactive strategies.
  • Provide personalized support to employees, fostering adaptability and openness to change.
  • Track progress using data-driven metrics, feedback, and performance indicators to ensure effectiveness.
  • Implement a continuous improvement framework, refining strategies based on real-time feedback.
  • Ensure long-term sustainability by embedding new ways of working into the company culture and operations.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and executing training for change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Pay Range: 172,869.60-240,179.20

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
