Job Description:

The People Business Partner Director, Revenue focuses on driving business performance in partnership with our Chief Revenue Officer, our Revenue leadership team, and other Business Partners supporting Revenue. They will understand the specific needs and challenges of the Sales and Customer Success teams and use that knowledge to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals. They partner with leadership and other BP's to support people-related issues (e.g. performance, org design, talent management, workforce planning, engagement, compensation, senior level employee relation cases, leader onboarding, coaching and org development, etc).

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, People Business Partners who will collaborate closely with other People Business Partners across our Revenue business to drive holistic outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a business consultant and thought partner to senior and executive leadership for people-related strategies, including acting as the main point of contact to proactively anticipate, assess and solve people-related opportunities.

  • Build strong partnerships across the organization to effectively grow the company's global leadership capability through strategic programming such as organizational development, workforce planning, development, coaching, engagement, employee relations, etc.

  • Drive functional excellence and empower leaders to build and maintain great teams through strong performance management.

  • Utilize data to solve complex organizational challenges through people-centric solutions.

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to provide strategic direction on core processes, such as employee relations, performance management, leadership development and compensation initiatives.

  • Lead out on key initiatives such as mergers, acquisition integrations, divestitures, restructuring and other complicated and time critical project work.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Experience counseling high level Revenue leaders and executives - handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Posses a strong understanding of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success functions, to effectively align HR initiatives

  • Track record of sound decisions and judgment in the design and implementation of People systems and processes

  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry norms

  • Expertise in org design, workforce planning, development, coaching, engagement, employee relations, etc.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills across a diverse group of executives, leaders, and team members

  • Strong business acumen and application of human resources strategies to solve challenges and create new opportunities to drive high performing teams.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience; or 8+ years and an advanced degree.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $126,700 - $156,400 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
