Medical Records - Gastroenterology Fairfax VA Pay From: $18.50 Per Hour MUST: 1+ year of experience working in a medical practice Strong EMR experience ECW a huge plus Experience scanning faxes, consent forms and medical reports into ECW EMR Some experience as a medical assistant or medical receptionist preferred Strong medical terminology knowledge Assisting with medical records requests Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Comfortable working independently and scanning and uploading medical records all day HS diploma or GED DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Records Clerk include but are not limited to the following: Review faxes, consent forms and medical records and upload all into ECW EMR Assist with medical records requests Prepare medical records for audits Assist as a medical assistant or at the front desk Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
