Cover letter and resume required. Position Summary The Global Education Office is pleased to announce an exciting employment opportunity! The Global Education Office is looking for a Passport Center Assistant to assist the Passport Acceptance Agents with passport duties at UNM's Passport Center located inside the UNM Bookstore. This position is required to work up to 5.5 hours every Saturday and will be assigned additional afternoon hours throughout the week to assist with Passport Center preparation and/or help with office assistant duties in GEO's Resource Center. The position requires fast and friendly customer service and will be working directly with the public in both appointment and walk-in capacities. This position will be responsible for signing in customers, processing photographs including printing and cutting, survey collection and data entry, and other tasks as assigned. The position requires learning about the different requirements people need in order to obtain a passport and must be able to answer questions as they arise. As such, employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, friendly and open manner, demonstrate a positive attitude, and actively problem-solve in this role.

Saturdays for up to 5.5 hours and additional hours during the week, with a minimum of 10 hours a week
