As a Senior Project Manager within Ping Identity's Business Transformation Office (BTO), you will drive complex, strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance across multiple departments with a particular focus on M&A integration efforts. This full-time hybrid role, based in Denver, requires a high level of determination and accountability to ensure projects achieve successful outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver coordinated and successful programs. Reporting to the Director of BTO, you will drive alignment with strategic priorities, improve operational efficiency, and apply industry best practices to support Ping Identity's scalable growth, organizational resilience, and broader transformation efforts, including acquisitions.

You Will:



  • Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple functions, encompassing both M&A integration activities and product-related projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for diverse projects, including M&A integrations and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. Partner closely with Product & Engineering teams to define scope, facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, and ensure successful product launches and operationalization.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on project status, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to various audiences, including executive leadership. This involves clear and concise communication, tailored to the specific needs of each audience.
  • Exhibit strong initiative and ownership by proactively identifying and addressing issues, conflicts, and dependencies, and managing critical path deliverables to drive projects to successful completion with minimal oversight.
  • Apply a robust project execution toolkit, encompassing analysis, scoping, requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, and change management. Contribute to establishing best practices, templates, tools, and methodologies across the organization, with a focus on scaling M&A integration capabilities.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a collaborative problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.


You Have:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Based in Colorado for hybrid work.
  • 3+ years M&A integration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO.
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting.


You Have an Advantage If:



  • You have experience in technology and/or software/cloud environments.
  • You have product & engineering exposure (e.g., NPI, pricing, SDLC, migrations).
  • You possess strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills and can lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
  • You have experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • You hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • You are technically competent with various business applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Lucidchart.
  • You are familiar with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
