Location: Mt. Sterling, IL
Department: Accounts Receivable
Reports To: Accounts Receivable Manager
Salary Range: $62,113 to $93,169 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will lead the Accounts Receivable Team for sound credit decisions, collections, and deductions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Responsible for maximizing company profits through oversight of customer deductions and invoices.
  • Implements internal process improvements and ensures customer/supplier action plans are created when needed.
  • Establishes short- and long-term department initiatives and metrics to support the strategic vision
  • Manages workload prioritization to ensure department initiatives and metrics are met.
  • Accountable for the management and development of department talent.
  • Develops and maintains work schedules of supervised staff and coverage plans for time off.
  • Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.



YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in a team environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel for outside trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
