Technical Solution Architect, Senior

The Solution Architect is responsible for proposing specific Infor solutions that fit within the customer's business environment and business objectives and can be shown to address the customer's business problems and identify opportunities. The role is charged with providing a skilled architect with a detailed understanding of M3 and M3CE to aid in the administration and design of integrations and extensions. The Solution Architect is able to understand customer business drivers and the current IT environment. The Solution Architect is deployed operationally across multiple solution domains utilizing their broad knowledge of the Infor solution portfolio to identify the components required to construct the most appropriate solution for the customer.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Work with the customer, functional solution architect and project manager on the technical strategy documents.
  • Initiate the post-provisioning checks of the customer tenants.
  • Administer the M3CE (M3 Cloud Experience) solution until the customer takes ownership.
  • Train the customer on Administration and best-practices of integrations and extension technologies.
  • Work with the functional consultants to discuss appropriate solutions to customer challenges.
  • Engage with the functional consultants to support and quality control the functional specifications before creating the supporting technical designs.
  • Installation / coordinating install of Enterprise Connector / CFTAgent.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and implementing cloud ERP solutions integrating multiple disciplines and technologies in a process manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to assess and select technologies or technology combinations to develop functional and efficient solutions.
  • Experience analyzing risks and identifying non-viable solutions during the problem-solving process.
  • Experience collaborating with Functional Consultants and Functional Solution Architects to develop scalable solutions.
  • Experience guiding customers through scope changes, presenting alternative solutions, and maintaining clear communication.
  • Experience administering a manufacturing ERP and deploying integrations and extensions.
  • Experience in multiple industry segments, including Food and Beverage, Distribution, and/or Discrete Manufacturing.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America (US and Canada), based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP implementations in on-premise or single-tenant environments, such as Infor M3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with Infor OS.
  • Experience with development lifecycles and source code repository software (e.g., GIT).
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Infor Grid products, Enterprise Connector and CFT Agent.

Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA)
