Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Administrator to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The SharePoint Developer/Administrator will become part of Department of State (DOS) Bureau Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. CAEIO provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting Consular Affairs (CA) services globally.

Responsibilities

    Administration and Configuration: Manage SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and security settings.
  • Development and Customization: Create and maintain customer SharePoint solutions using SharePoint web parts, JSON and Power Automate. Manage Power Platform solutions and environments.
  • Workflow Automation: Design, manage, and implement workflows using Power Automate.

Core Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM ET - 3:30 PM ET (Flexible).

Location: This position is currently hybrid with remote work and up to two days per week in the office in Sterling, VA or Washington, DC.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET Government Security Clearance.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2013, SharePoint Online administration, and customization.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint permissions, site management, problem solving, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform environments, Power Automate, JSON, SharePoint web parts, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with modern SharePoint UI design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with customers at all levels of the organization.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or workflow tools, such as Jira.
  • Experience with PowerApps.

Education and Experience: Minimum of 12 years with HS diploma; Minimum 10 years with AS; Minimum 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
