We are seeking a FP&A Manager to join our finance team!

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for critical business partner support to key corporate activities and initiatives as well as various bakery operations. Through rich financial and financial analysis, best in class financial modeling, and concise communication, the ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a broad range of skills within both commercial and corporate FP&A. General Accounting principles and IT data management principles are necessary for success in this role. The position requires familiarity with a variety of the Consumer and Consumer-Retail industry concepts and best practices. The Manager of FP&A will rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals and make a tangible impact on the business. Creativity, nimbleness, and an eagerness for continuous improvement are core competencies.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Create and maintain long-range planning models capturing core lines of business activity based KPI assumptions. Using dynamic modeling techniques, maintain a robust model to toggle scenarios for consumer KPIs, re-franchising and divestiture of stores, and other strategic initiatives to effectively guide capital allocations and enterprise and equity valuation enhancements.
• Support all M&A activities and initiatives including deal model creation, diligence, and post-close assumption implementation and integration
• Support creation of board and executive team materials to assist in "telling the story" to drive efficient resource allocations
• Lead meetings and communication with various corporate functions and field leadership as needed to support decision making and executing on timelines
• Work cross-functionally with Support Center partners to drive the business forward and address critical business issues
• Bridge data and systems to create output that seamlessly informs the business
• Continually improve business processes to drive better business analysis and resource allocation
• Respond to both ad-hoc and routine inquiries
• Support and create new ways for planning and reporting for retail business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, and/or top-rated MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of cumulative experience in a top investment bank, management consulting firm, and/or Big-4 accounting firm with best-in-class FP&A experience

• Strong understanding of all three financial statements and their integration
• Familiarity with cloud-based planning & forecasting software
• Advanced Excel capabilities as it relates to presenting, processing and analyzing data and excellent PowerPoint and Word capabilities
• Experience with database reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, and influence at senior levels.

Compensation Range:

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
