The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We strive to empower children and families to achieve optimal health and well being. We are currently seeking Overnight Assistant Supervisors to work in our Anchor Point Crisis Residence Center Program. Position Summary: The Overnight Assistant Supervisor assumes leadership responsibilities for the nightly routine operations of the Children's Crisis Residence and needs during the overnight shifts. The Overnight Assistant Supervisor assures critical incidents and emergency notifications are completed and communicated to the appropriate parties. The Overnight Assistant Supervisor interfaces with the youth and Youth Counselors, carries out overnight agency programming, and ensures the safety and security of the youth and general welfare of persons and property. The Overnight Assistant Supervisor acts in place of the Supervisor in their absence, and carries out duties such as scheduling, timesheets, as well as interacting with department heads as needed to meet the needs of the program.
