Service Specialist

Advantage xPO is partnering with Hobart, the leading provider of commercial food equipment service, to find a skilled Service Specialist for our team in Columbia, MO. Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour (Based on experience)

Available Shift: 1st Shift with overtime as needed and rotating on-call hours

As a Service Specialist, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain various commercial food equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, and ware washers. You'll work independently at customer sites, meeting productivity and customer service goals.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment (cooking, food prep, refrigeration, etc.)
• Work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision
• Meet weekly productivity and customer service goals
• Lift up to 75 lbs and climb up to 10 feet
• Drive up to 5-6 hours/day and walk 3-5 miles/day
• Operate tools, machinery, and vehicles safely in varying environments
• Travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overtime and weekend hours

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of electrical/mechanical experience
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive long hours
• Availability for overtime and on-call as required
• Must attend training at corporate headquarters in Troy, OH
