The Finance Manager will lead and develop a multi-location finance team, ensuring training and goal achievement. Responsibilities include overseeing financing transactions, credit analysis, and lender negotiations, while maintaining finance policies aligned with risk management and market conditions. The role involves building relationships with internal teams and external lenders, developing competitive financing programs, and creating finance-based revenue strategies, including insurance solutions.
