SRE (AWS) w/Java Selenium and DevOps Exp. - Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in DevOps Engineering, Java Selenium, and AWS. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities, including different planning strategies. By ensuring robust and efficient system operations, the candidate will play a key role in advancing our company's mission.

Location: Riverwoods, IL- USA (Remote allowed)

• Work closely with team on Estimation & Resource Planning and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Excel on Test Design and technical solution.
• Understand management requirements and strategize planning.
• Management test execution to be taken care on own.
• Leadership qualities like team collaboration and effective communication.
• Capable of performing defect management.

• BS/BA degree or an equivalent 8+ years of strong expertise in Java Selenium.
• Have extensive experience with AWS SRE.
• Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps area.
• Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Have a strong understanding of Mongo DB.
• Expertise with SRE concepts.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337K - $141,500K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
