Brief Description: The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing past and present company data to estimate future revenues and expenditures. This role is a significant contributor within the Finance organization, working closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams. The Sr. Financial Analyst will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure management, and ad-hoc financial modeling. Detailed Description:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking to support business decision-making.
- Lead the internal month-end financial reporting process across all business units.
- Prepare revenue projections by district three times per month, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and providing detailed feedback to operational leaders and senior management.
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings to present financial insights.
- Provide financial training and support to various business units as needed.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare, compile, and review annual budget templates and 15-month reforecast templates for all districts.
- Conduct industry analysis and benchmarking to support financial projections and market forecasting.
- Develop and maintain robust Excel models and Power BI dashboards to support financial analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- May provide functional and technical guidance to junior analysts or team members.

- Travel up to 25% of the time as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA may substitute for experience.
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software.
- Experience in process improvement and automation within a finance function.
Additional Details: The Sr. Financial Analyst requires the ability to work in a time sensitive, high visibility role while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when adversity is encountered. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
