Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Record Retention Clerk to contribute to our Credit team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to accurately index documents that have been scanned into the Kofax imaging system for document storage and retrieval. You will be using basic word processing, spreadsheet, telephone, email skills and 10-key by touch. You will also verify documents for clarity and accuracy and effectively communicate results and/or exceptions to established procedures. In addition, you will assist in manually preparing documents for scanning. You'll also provide document scanning back up for the general office clerk during peak periods or as needed. Hiring Salary Range:$16.43/hr-$19.70/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
