The Supervising Group Home Worker position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the group home including monitoring and supporting the program to ensure a safe, therapeutic and nurturing home environment. Description
Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements * Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in human services, Criminal Justice or related field preferred. * Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory and/or management experience in a congregate care setting or related childcare or human services environment. * Flexible availability required including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call rotation. *Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency * Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population. * Ability to become TCI certified and First Aid/CPR trained.
