Responsibilities

Primary intern duties would include the following:

Showroom Maintenance:

1. Reset samples after appointments have concluded.
2. Pull any discontinued samples upon notification.
3. Install new samples into showroom upon notification.
4. Greet manufacturers representatives that arrive without an appointment.
5. Answer front door.
6. Receive and distribute shipments from UPS, Amazon and others.
7. Replenish water/beverages for buyer refreshment.
8. Make sure showroom is neat and presentable at all times.

1. Home Gallery Administrative:

1. Contact and schedule Home Gallery appointments with buyers.
2. Send Look Book to buyers.
3. Answer questions about the upcoming appointment that buyers may have.
4. Upload documents to Buildpro upon approval from Home Gallery Director.
5. Upload documents to Sharefile upon direction from Home Gallery Director.
6. Assist with inputting Curated Colorway options into E1.
7. Be point person for any urgent questions that might arise from the construction field during an appointment so that the Home Gallery Director can give immediate attention when the appointment is concluded

Requirements

• The ideal candidate would have no more than two semesters of school to complete.
• Candidate is enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program or related field.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Bonus Type: Not eligible
