We're looking for a Recruiter who will help shape our team and drive our company to the next level. In this role, you'll drive high-volume operational recruiting, including applicant management, interviewing, on-site recruitment events, candidate sourcing, and hiring manager collaboration. - Driving operational recruitment and hiring goals including application review, sourcing, screenings/interviews, on-site career events, manager interview scheduling/coordination, offer extension, etc.
- Work closely with RVPs and Operations Managers for consistent tracking of hiring needs, hiring initiatives, pipelines, etc.
- Collaborate and train hiring managers in best practices.
- Work closely with broader recruitment team to maintain momentum toward hiring goals with process alignment, data and reporting, advertising strategy, etc.
- Manage jobs and applicants in ATS
- Utilize data to help drive recruitment efforts, advertising, strategies, etc.
- Monitor and collaborate with Ops Teams for candidate onboarding tasks, training coordination, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive hiring manager collaboration
- Proactive working-style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
- Commitment, team-orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about recruitment and candidate experience
- Experience supporting recruitment projects, strategic initiatives, hiring events, etc.
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred
- Able to work on-site 2-3 days per week
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%
