Responsibilities

As our Residential Programs Director, you'll be the captain of our ship, steering the coordination and administration of our vibrant program! You'll work hand-in-hand with our Executive and Clinical Directors to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine, all while keeping our clients safe and happy!

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Team Superhero: Lead a fantastic crew of Residential Managers and Supervisors! You'll provide guidance, hold inspiring team meetings, and coach your team to greatness. Together, you'll create an unstoppable force!

Meeting Maestro: Participate in key meetings like a pro! You'll join weekly leadership meetings, treatment team discussions, and sync sessions, sharing your insights and helping us reach new heights!

Safety Sentinel: Keep our Environment of Care (EOC) top-notch! Conduct monthly walkthroughs and quality assurance checks, swiftly addressing any issues to ensure our clients feel safe and secure.

Recruitment Rockstar: Collaborate with our recruiting team to find the best residential staff out there! You'll ensure everyone is oriented to our awesome clinical model and provide ongoing training and support to help them thrive.

Risk Management Wizard: Identify and evaluate risks associated with program activities, including staffing ratios on all shifts. You'll take action to keep everything running smoothly and safely!

Documentation Detective: Audit program staff documentation like a pro! Ensure compliance with established standards and help us maintain our high-quality care.

Timekeeping Champion: Monitor employee overtime hours and ensure compliance with timekeeping protocols. Your keen eye will help us stay efficient and effective!

Compliance Collaborator: Work with the Compliance team to implement forms and records that document program activities accurately. You'll help us stay on track and in line with regulations!

Clinical Connector: Coordinate with Clinical Leadership to support tours, intakes, and family contacts, ensuring everyone has a seamless experience!

Other Fun Duties: Be ready to take on additional exciting tasks that contribute to the success of our program!


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in residential treatment programs required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management including client groups.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
  • Must become CPR certified within first 30 days.
