Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our office, restrooms, breakroom, warehouse, and exterior areas. This is a full-time position, with overtime occasionally required. Your Shift:
- 1st Shift; Monday - Friday; 6:30am - 3:00pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain all areas of the facility including office areas, breakroom, exterior, warehouse, and restrooms
- Vacuum carpets and dust mop concrete hallways daily
- Empty office and public trash cans daily
- High/low dusting, window cleaning, and blinds maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Maintain conference rooms and disinfect drinking fountains
- Keep tables, countertops, floors, and appliances clean throughout the day
- Clean microwaves daily and refrigerators bi-monthly
- Maintain sink, coffee maker, and ice/water machines
- Keep parking lots, dumpsters, and smoking areas clean
- Monitor for ice in cold weather
- Assist with trash and recycling management in the warehouse
- Maintain dock door areas, compactor levels, and general shop cleanliness
- Clean and disinfect floors, counters, toilets, and urinals daily
- Keep soap, paper towels, and other supplies stocked
- Empty trash cans and maintain supply inventory
You Must Have:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
We Would Also Prefer:
- Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience
