Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Employment Type: Contract Client: Harley-Davidson Company: STS Technical Services Position Summary STS Technical Services is hiring a Warranty Part Returns Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to support Harley-Davidson's Warranty Operations. This onsite position plays a key role in managing returned warranty parts, analyzing claims, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with Harley-Davidson's quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical experience and strong organizational skills to support this dynamic and detail-oriented function. Job Responsibilities Follow established Warranty Part Returns Team (WPRT) processes to research claims and review returned parts against Harley-Davidson policy Collaborate with Warranty Operations, Technical Services, Dealer Services, suppliers, and dealers to resolve claim discrepancies Document serialized components using AS400 and SAP systems Manage logistics for inbound and outbound materials, including return shipping and dealer debiting Coordinate with stakeholders for part disposal or further inspection requests Support WPRT activities such as: Joint inspections with suppliers Virtual analysis of returned parts Component testing and documentation Identify and report trends in warrantable parts to internal teams and warranty leads Assist with special projects focused on continuous improvement of the warranty operations process Work onsite at the Juneau Avenue location; future relocation closer to Harley-Davidson's PDC is expected (date TBD) Qualifications Previous mechanical experience required (motorcycle or automotive preferred) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel Experience working with SAP, AS400, or similar systems preferred High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Effective communicator and comfortable working in cross-functional teams Able to manage part logistics and follow established return procedures Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 30-minute lunch break Full-time, onsite role About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with some of the largest names in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, and transportation.
